With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of men and women not only reach but exceed their fitness goals through Personal Training.

 

My passion lies in supporting individuals who want to build strength, confidence, and knowledge around weight training, as well as older adults focused on training for longevity. I’m also qualified in pre and post-natal training, kettlebell coaching, TRX suspension training, and boxing.

 

Most of us know what we want when it comes to our fitness, but having someone in your corner for accountability, guidance, and support can make all the difference—and that’s where I come in.

 

Beyond 1:1 Personal Training, I’ve run 8-week transformation challenges, coached clients online, led specialised training groups, and instructed countless outdoor bootcamps across Brisbane.

 

I truly love being part of the fitness industry—it’s constantly evolving, and it brings together people who are motivated, curious, and committed to positive change.

 

The most rewarding part of my work is watching my clients grow into stronger, fitter, and more confident versions of themselves. There’s nothing better.
