Hello and thanks for stopping by!
My name is Lorraine, I'm a Brisbane based Personal Trainer and this year will mark 15 years where I've had the utmost privilege of making a positive change to people's lives through exercise.
The gym can feel like an intimidating place if you've never stepped foot in one before. I personally take pride in making my clients feel welcome, comfortable and help them find enjoyment in going to the gym regularly. I don't believe that you need to be at a certain level of fitness to hire a Personal Trainer nor do I believe that you have to not know what you're doing in the gym before you seek their services. Personal Training is a professional service that works for YOU and your current goals regardless of whatever stage you're at in life.
I take a particular interest in training Women that want to learn how to lift weights correctly, build muscle and gain strength as well as older adults that are wanting to take a serious approach on their longevity, increase their bone density and keep their independence for years to come. I believe that you can start weights training at any age of your adult life and that the benefits outweigh any other forms of exercise.
