
Hello! My name is Lorraine and I’m a Brisbane based Personal Trainer working primarily out of YMCA Bowen Hills, specialising in strength and weights training for adults of all fitness levels.
Since entering the fitness industry in 2011, I’ve focused on providing high quality coaching that educates, empowers and delivers long term results to my clients. I also have a track record that spans over 13 years where I’ve helped hundreds of people lose fat, grow muscle, build strength and gain their confidence back.
My ideal client is self motivated, open to learning and believes that consistency and quality training over time is the key to getting results and seeing change.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, a new mum returning to exercise, a regular gym-goer wanting to level up, or a grandparent training for longevity - I would love to help you.
